BOQ Procurement and Delivery

We offer comprehensive services for the procurement and delivery of furniture pieces and materials required for interior design projects. Our responsibilities include overseeing the delivery process and conducting thorough inspections to ensure the quality of all products and materials. Our fee for these services amounts to 10% of the total BOQ cost, exclusive of any delivery fees.

Site Management and Construction Supervision

We offer comprehensive site supervision and construction management services. Our approach includes presenting you with 2 to 3 construction team options, allowing you to select the one that best suits your project. Throughout the entire duration of the construction process, we maintain active supervision to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Our fee structure is straightforward, as we charge a competitive 10% of the total construction cost until project completion.
